It's call that because after one sip, you'll be at the end of your road. 1 jigger Rum 1/2 jigger Grapefruit Juice 1/2 jigger Cream of Coconut Juice of 1/2 Lime 3 Dashes of 151 Proof Rum Fill shaker with ice.
