Who doesn’t like driving down the road (preferably A-1-A) with the top down, hair blowing in the wind. I use to own a Jeep Wrangler and I got excited every time I hopped in it. Top down, doors off, cruising to the beach with Buffett screaming at you through the speakers…that’s a Ragtop Day.
This drink advertises itself as the Ragtop Day so it sure as hell better give you that sensation. I haven’t had this drink and because of the Peach flavors in it I’ll probably just stick to my RumRunners and Coronas. Here is the recipe if you what to give it a taste. Let me know if it gives that Ragtop Day feelin’.
RagtopDay Drink Recipe
1 jigger Light Rum
1/2 jigger Peach Schnapps
2 jiggers Peach Nectar
1 jigger Orange Juice
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Fill blender one-quarter with ice. Add ingredients. Blend low until smooth. Pour into goblet. Cheers!
