Sounds fun but I think I would have a hard time leaving the hiking trails. Dominica's rugged terrain calls to my explorer side. How long have you lived there. I live in Dominica and still haven't done as much as I should. I think a couple of other great things to do are to go whale watching and to swim/snorkel at Champagne where bubbles come up out of the sea, and it really is like swimming in champagne.
